The room was amazingly comfortable with a beautiful view of the garden. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was good. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with attractive walks nearby. The heated pool was a nice addition.

The hotel offered a large outside pool which was a great way to relax and cool off. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. the location of the hotel was peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The extra beds provided were not comfortable, causing discomfort during sleep. Another issue was with the shower, which could have been better in terms of water pressure and temperature control.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is superb, nestled between mountains in a very quiet neighborhood. There are some incredibly attractive walks up the hill, offering breathtaking views. The service and attention to detail provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a bed in the open space, allowing for a relaxing night's sleep. The hotel also had good facilities, including a balcony in some rooms, and proper AC to beat the summer heat. The breakfast included in the stay was fantastic, with a variety of options available including vegetarian choices. this hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, beautiful terrace, large room

Super nice area, peaceful location, not far from boats and attractions, an Alpine lake and the hillside of south Lugano in a really nice. For tea or coffee visit Munger nearby.

Spacious rooms, nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent gym facilities.

It is just perfect, location is breath taking, staff so helpful, the restaurant something should be never missed, food above expectation, I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Lugano.

Nice hotel, large Room, there is tow part of the hotel one is Luxury anther one in deferent location so. Clean, relax, But need new furniture

The location was convenient, just a short walk from my meetings. I also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and Wi-Fi access in my room. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced and not very good. I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for the "freshly squeezed orange juice.

Spent xmas at a hotel that had a perfect location, the staff offered helpful advice on things to do in the area, and the room was really spacious with a beautiful view. The breakfast was served at a villa nearby, where the terrace offered spectacular views of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with lots of walking options.

The room facilities were a bit outdated, and we had trouble with the heating which was not working properly. we had some trouble with the shower which wasn't very modern and with limited functionality overall.
